Thank you for registering as an organization, sponsor, exhibitor, or vendor for Day In The Sky. Table space is provided free of charge to all qualifying organizations and vendors of accessibility equipment, goods, services etc. Table space is also provided free to sponsors and major donors. Donations are not required but are greatly appreciated. Day In The Sky is run exclusively with donations from generous vendors and sponsors. If you have an in-kind donation to make, please take a few minutes to describe your donation so that we can properly credit your donation for cool benefits.

TABLE/BOOTH SPACE

Table and booth space is reserved to all organizations offering goods or services to our disabled and challenged guests. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We will try our best to place your organization's table or booth appropriately, based on airport space requirements.

Note: All table/booth space is FREE. You may sell anything that you would like at the event and keep all proceeds. Donations are not required, but are gladly accepted from all vendors. Free sample distribution of goods and/or services are encouraged, as appropriate.

	Level	Benefits
	Captain Level - $2,500.00	Free display / information table at the event, Your name/loge place prominently on the event t-shirt, plus “hot link” from the event website to yours, large ad in the event program, special verbal recognition through announcements during the day, and a mention in all press releases as a Title Sponsor for the event.
	Pilot Level - $1,00.00	Free display / information table, plus your name or logo on the event t-shirt as a Major Sponsor, mention in all press releases, and verbal recognition at the event, plus “hot link” from the event website to yours.
	Co-Pilot - $500.00	Free display / information table at the event, your me / logo listed on the event t-shirt.
	Other Cash Amount: U.S.$	Your name / logo placed on the event t-shirt.

Note: Non-cash in-kind donations count exactly as cash toward benefits.
